Back After Baby Postpartum Package

Specialized one on one in home postpartum personal training package with Kira.

Package includes three 45 minute sessions to help you understand the changes in your postpartum body and safely return to exercise. Sessions will include diastasis recti checks, breathing education, posture assessment, pelvic floor and core strength screening, pelvic floor and core retraining, diastasis recti reduction, core strengthing, and postpartum education.

Sessions are held with Kira Sullivan, a NSCA certified personal trainer with over 17 years experience working with mothers. Kira is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, certified in diastasis repair, pre and postnatal exercise design, and a Revolution Running Coach. Kira has devoted her career to helping postpartum women feel strong, empowered and confident.
