Core
Our popular level one core recovery class is specifically designed for postpartum women. Core focuses on strengthening muscles weakened during pregnancy and postpartum, alleviating postural changes associated with pregnancy, flattening your belly, alleviating low back pain, gaining muscle, and decreasing diastasis recti (ab separation). The class is mat based and no impact. Diastasis recti checks are performed at the beginning and end of each in person session. Modifications for each exercise are given based on your level of ab separation and readiness. Core is offered both in person and via Zoom in six week sessions.
