One On One Personal Training
Individualized personal training sessions from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Got crying babies, a cluttered house, or a tricky nap schedule? Kira is used to multi-tasking during sessions, and often finds herself playing with toddlers, feeding babies, and holding sleeping infants during training. Working around chaotic mom life is her specialty!
Sessions are individualized to your health and fitness goals, and appropriate for all ability levels. Kira specializes in women’s health, postpartum training, core strengthening, diastasis recti reduction, strength building, balance and perimenopause.
Sessions are held with Kira Sullivan, a NSCA certified personal trainer with over 17 years experience working with mothers. Kira is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pilates Instructor, Revolution Running Coach, and is certified in diastasis recti repair and pre and postnatal exercise design. Kira has devoted her career to helping postpartum women feel strong, empowered and confident.
