Small Group Personal Training

Individualized personal training in a small group setting.

Increase the energy of your session, socialize with other women, and decrease your session rate by participating in a small group training session with up to four people! Small group trainings can be conducted at your home, place of business, community center, or local park. Session focuses include postpartum, perimenopause, general women’s fitness, core strenthening and muscle building.

Small group sessions are held with Kira Sullivan, a NSCA certified personal trainer with over 17 years experience working with mothers. Kira is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, certified in diastasis repair, pre and postnatal exercise design, and a Revolution Running Coach. Kira has devoted her career to helping postpartum women feel strong, empowered and confident.
